  • Yes. Students build a full working draft during any of our workshops.

    Afterward, we provide a collaborative review and individualized comments; students receive a polished version within one week.

  • Yes—responsibly. Because resumes are increasingly scanned and evaluated with AI tools, we teach students how to use AI to improve clarity and structure without replacing their voice.

    The workshop includes practical guardrails and an AI-safety framework that families can follow. A section of the workshop is dedicated to appropriate AI usage.

  • Student ownership is the point, and there’s no ghostwriting.

    We coach, edit collaboratively, and teach students how to create strong proof points for a cohesive and compelling resume.

  • Cohorts are capped at 10 students to keep coaching interactive and personalized.

  • College students are a core audience.

    In our 1:1 Resume Labs, we work with college students to create and/or update resumes for internships, career fairs, and early-career opportunities.

  • No. Gradience Labs is not a college counseling service and does not promise admissions or internships.

    Our services complement school counseling and college advising by helping students communicate their experiences clearly.

  • Yes. We offer on-demand workshops for college student organizations (clubs, Panhellenic, affinity groups). Contact us for scheduling and group pricing.

  • No. We help students present their experience clearly and ethically; we do not place students into internships or guarantee outcomes.
