About the Foundations Resume Workshop

Workshops are available in two formats: one for high school students (sophomores and older) and one for college students. Each workshop helps students build an ATS-ready resume and a simple plan to keep it current.

Pre-Workshop Prep

Students spend 15 minutes completing a short inventory of accomplishments, roles, goals, and target interests. This inventory shapes the session, so experiences transform into a results-focused narrative.

Workshop Agenda

A hands-on session that moves students from stress to success: clear structure, proof points, and a repeatable update plan for internships, programs, and early opportunities.

Students learn through a balance of lessons, active work time, and discussion—methods grounded in learning science. Small group sizes keep coaching interactive and personal.

Workshop flow: Resume structure • Proof point construction • LinkedIn essentials • Final polish
