The Foundations Workshop is geared to high school juniors and seniors. Ambitious sophomores are also welcome to join a session.

Students must be 16 or older to participate.

Yes. During the workshop students will complete a full draft of their resume. At the conclusion of the workshop, the resume is submitted to the Gradence Lab team for review. and polish.

A final resume and individualized comments are sent to each student within one week of the workshop.

Our philosophy is a human + AI approach. We encourage use of AI but with best practices and guardrails.

There is a dedicated section of the workshop covering AI usage.

Workshops are capped at 10 students to ensure interaction and personalized attention.

We want to be sure all students make the most of their workshop experience, and we plan our sessions accordingly.

If a student cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled session, we will place them in another upcoming workshop.

We also work individually with college students to update resumes for internships and career fairs.
