The Foundations Workshop is designed for high school juniors and seniors. Ambitious sophomores are also welcome to join a session.
Students must be 16 or older to participate.

Yes. During the workshop, students create a full working draft of their resume. At the end of the workshop, the Gradience Labs team reviews and polishes each draft.
Each student will receive a final copy with individualized comments within one week of the workshop.

As we understand that resumes are being read by AI readers, our process combines a human + AI approach.
Our philosophy is that AI can be a valuable tool in resume development but must be used with best practices and strong guardrails.
A section of the workshop is dedicated to appropriate AI usage.

Workshops are capped at 10 students to ensure interaction and personalized attention.
